All orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Once shipped, priority mail generally takes 2 to 3 business days to reach its destination. Express mail is guaranteed to take 1 to 2 business days – with most shipments arriving the next day. The flat fee for Priority Mail is $6.00 per address – regardless of the number of items purchased. The flat fee for Express Mail is $20 per address – regardless of the number of items purchased.
For shipping outside of the United States, bublove uses Global Priority Mail when available. Global priority mail generally takes 4 to 7 business days to reach its destination. The flat fee for Global Priority Mail to Canada is $10.00 per address. The flat fee for Global Priority Mail to all other countries is $15.00 per address – regardless of the number of items purchased. what about backorders? TOP
While we do our best to keep all bublove items on our website in stock, there may be a time when an item you’ve ordered is not available. We will notify you by email of the expected ship date for that item. At that time, you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if so desired. what is your return policy? TOP
Returns will be accepted within 30 days for exchange or full credit. The item must be returned in original and unused condition. Please send us an email through our contact page on the website or call us at 210.541.0066 for a return authorization. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for a return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. bublove will gladly cover the cost of shipping an exchange item back to the customer.
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 4 days of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt and contact us by email or phone if an item has been damaged during shipment. do you print custom tees? TOP
Yes! But, the custom design will be an iron-on transfer rather than a silk-screened design. Maybe you have a surfer bub or a cool bub - or a bub who likes the pixies - we can make a special tee for your bub! Just send us an email through our contact page, and we'll get back to you. We can discuss different designs, colors, and the style of tee (tiny, big or bigger) you want. The pricing for custom tees is a little less than our silk-screened tees - usually by a dollar or two. Let us make a unique tee for your unique bub! do you gift wrap? TOP
All bub tees are wrapped in a cellophane bag filled with dark brown shred. The bag is tied with a colorful grosgrain ribbon and a bublove size tag is attached. Each tee looks super cute when wrapped and is ready for giving to a special bub! Adult tees are packaged in a natural brown coffee bag with the tee design showing through a small cellophane window. The bublove size tag is attached with a colorful gingham ribbon - ready for giving to your favorite mama or daddy! what's the scoop on the tees you sell? TOP

We currently accept payment through PayPal - this means that you can pay with a credit card or through your bank account. You don't have to have a PayPal account - you can use your credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover) with the PayPal system, without creating an account. During check-out, you will be taken to the PayPal site to enter your payment information. Once that is completed, you will be re-directed back to us.

If you are interested in paying via check or money order, we will gladly accept either form of payment. Just keep in mind that your order will not ship until your payment has cleared. To pay by check or money order, just select that option at checkout and mail your payment to: bublove, 11311 Sir Winston #805, San Antonio TX 78216.
We collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Texas. what do you do with my personal information? TOP
